If you have trouble reading anything on the Ripon and Leeds site, the Web Accessibility Initiative [WAI] have a range of information that will help you.
Here you can learn how control your browser to:
- change the size of the text on the screen
- change to a plain layout view
- modify other text and colour options.
In Internet Explorer
- Click 'Tools', 'Internet Options' then 'Accessibility'. Check any of the three boxes to ignore colour, font style or font sizes.
In Firefox
- Click 'Tools' and 'Options' to choose your own fonts or colours.
Tables
Tables have been kept to a minimum to make the site easier for screenreaders.
Flash
Although some Flash has been used on the site, it is possible to navigate to every page without using the Flash quick links menu.
